| Service Contracts
Per Call Basis:
Your company may benefit from a plan that allows you to be
billed on an hourly basis for maintenance, upgrades and support.
There is no charge for local travel. Service is hourly plus
the cost of materials. Telephone support is provided at the
same rate.
Support Agreement: It may be
more cost effective for your company to establish a support
agreement with NNPCS. Purchase a block of 60 hours, minimum,
and receive 10% off the per call rate. These hours can be
used as needed. You will receive a monthly statement showing
the time used during the period, purpose of the calls and
remaining time. Once the support agreement is used you may
renew it or be billed hourly.
